Cocktails

5 Ounces MESH & Bone Pomme & Poire
1 Ounce blackcurrant liqueur
(Such as Cassis)
Add 1 oz blackcurrant liqueur to any narrow glass or champagne flute. Top with MESH & Bone Pomme & Poire.
2 ounce Champagne
2 ounces MESH & Bone Pomme & Poire
2 ounces fresh-squeezed orange juice
Add 2 oz fresh-squeezed orange juice to any tall narrow glass or champagne flute. Carefully add equal parts Pomme & Poire and champagne. Garnish with thinly sliced orange.


3/4 cup sauvignon blanc or other dry white wine
1-1/2 cups MESH & Bone Pomme & Poire
2 oz brandy
1 fresh apple and pear, seeded and diced
-1/2 orange cut into rings
3 thin slices of fresh ginger
Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and chill for at least an hour. Serve over ice.
3 Ounces MESH & Bone Pomme & Poire
1 Ounce Campari
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir until cold. Garnish with a lemon slice.


1 ounce Kentucky bourbon
5 ounces MESH & Bone Pomme & Poire
Rosemary sprig and an orange slice for garnish
Add Kentucky bourbon to a rock glass. Top with Pomme & Poire and garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary and a thin slice of orange.
1 bottle of MESH & Bone Pomme & Poire
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 orange
1 lemon
1 cinnamon stick
2 whole cloves
1-star anise
1 teaspoon honey
Bring Pomme & Poire to a simmer. Then add fruit, spices, and sugar. Simmer 10 minutes. Turn off heat and let stand 5 minutes, strain. Add teaspoon honey to each cup and add warm cidre.


6 Ounces MESH & Bone Pomme & Poire
1 Ounce Campari
A squeeze of lime juice
Combine 1 ounce of Campari and 6 oz Pomme & Poire in a rocks glass. Add a squeeze of lime.
1 ounce vodka
2 cranberry juice
6 ounces MESH & Bone Pomme & Poire
Splash orange juice
-Apple slice for garnish
Add 1 oz vodka, 2 oz cranberry juice, 6 oz cidre, a splash of fresh orange juice to a cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh apple.


2 oz bourbon
1 oz lemon juice
dash cinnamon bitters
6 oz MESH & Bone Pomme & Poire
mint for garnish
Add ice to a highball glass. Add bourbon, lemon juice, bitters. Stir with a bar spoon. Fill glass with Pomme & Poire and garnish with mint leaves.
8 ounces MESH & Bone Pomme & Poire
8 ounces stout
Pour chilled Pomme & Poire into a glass. Layer the stout on top of the Pomme & Poire by holding a spoon over the glass and slowly pouring the stout over the back of the spoon.
